Price Optimizer A / B modifies the price of variations? In my store each variation has its own sku. [ideas] [completed]

patchranger replied:

Hi Juan. Support suggested me the case I haven't thought before) So I've found a way to make it working. And now I am here to inform you that I've finished: Price-Optimizer now can handle variations! Please take a look. Remember to desetup & setup first in order to apply fresh changes.
As usual: in case of any question or issue - please let me know.
Juan Guillermohttps://priceoptimizer.userecho.com/users/6-juan-guillermo/topics/tag:priceoptimizer.userecho.com,2020-09-07:/communities/1/topics/3-how-to-install-the-price-optimizer-direct-to-my-ecwid/2020-09-07T11:52:32+00:002020-09-07T11:52:32+00:00how to install the Price Optimizer direct to my ecwid? [questions] [answered]

patchranger replied:

Sorry for late response - my notification settings were misconfigured.
In theory - yes, there could be such option to directly install. But the application uses Ecwid billing and tightly integrated with it. To pass around Ecwid billing I need to install (or develop) separate billing system. Otherwise it would be impossible to handle all of the billing-cases manually.
So the answer is: sorry, at the moment it's not possible, it's too hard to implement.
netaboodhttps://priceoptimizer.userecho.com/users/4-netabood/topics/tag:priceoptimizer.userecho.com,2020-09-07:/communities/1/topics/4-i-cant-set-up-on-mobile/2020-09-07T11:41:19+00:002020-09-07T11:41:19+00:00I can't set up on Mobile [ideas] [completed]

patchranger replied:

I am not quite sure I got your point right: what do you mean by "can't setup"? Please clarify: do you see any errors - or just see that the effect of price optimization is not applied?

I've checked your installation: the store marked as setup, the products are handled correctly. The only thing I've discovered is the problem in how the application reacts on product's changes: in some cases it wasn't able to create required product options. Now this behavior is fixed.
Please setup (desetup first if needed) the application using your dashboard - could you? Now it's fine or not?

In case of any questions - feel free to respond to this topic or start a new one.
Thanks for your feedback once more, Sonia.

Sonia Aristohttps://priceoptimizer.userecho.com/users/5-sonia-aristo/topics/tag:priceoptimizer.userecho.com,2018-06-13:/communities/1/topics/2-ecwid/2018-06-13T14:23:52+00:002018-06-13T14:23:52+00:00Ecwid [bugs] [started]
Hi

I Added your app to my Ecwid store but it did not work as I expected so I uninstalled it (I did unsetup the app before I uninstalled it, however the app had not been removed from the front end of our site.

Can you please help asap Ecwid store id 110027

patchranger replied:

Greetings Ben,

I opened the site from your email - is it the site you were talking about?
I see no requests to price-optimizer.com - so it looks like the app was completely removed.
